CCAS Flight Training and Familiarizations

In addition to our adventure experiences, we also offer customized flight familiarizations as well as LSA and Part 91 training. Just call and ask--we can generally craft the flying experience you want. Our Maine ops are resort based, with housing, food and a darn good bar available.

Through our affiliates we offer PPL and LSA flight instruction, including tailwheel and floats. If you are a pilot seeking to become familiar with ski, tailwheel and float ops we can help you out--CCAS offers customized floatplane, skiplane and tailwheel bush flying experiences and adventures. We'll help you plan an excellent adventure!

For those of you seeking training in a warm climate during the winter months, CCAS is pleased to make arrangements with affiliate tailwheel operations--from Piper Cubs to Stearmans--located in sunny Florida. Housing is available and all training is easily customized.

Locations--Maine, Florida and Missouri

Our Millinocket, Maine seasonal operation serves as the base for summer excursion flights and training. During Autumn we also conduct flights at Miller's Field, a classic grass strip located in Newburgh, Maine. Our sister school, Pine Valley, operates in Central Maine. Florida affiliates operate from mid-Florida. Finally, CCAS Middle America in St. Louis offers select tailwheel training in the venerable J-3 Cub.
